Instructure is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to create and execute enablement programs that support Instructure’s revenue teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with members of the sales and marketing teams as well as collaborate with other program managers and teams to design and deliver content.


You are skilled at needs assessment, can align challenges with program objectives, and develop the content needed to support targeted outcomes. You have strong project management skills and can balance priorities, timelines, and project scope. 


You will develop an understanding of the products we offer and how they serve our customers and target markets. You will also support programs aimed at the development and enhancement of essential professional sales skills and our selling methodology.   


The definition of success in this role is delivering sales enablement programs that contribute to and influence the success of our revenue teams. 


Most importantly you’ll be joining a team of Revenue Enablement professionals with deep experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, instructional design, and building high-impact  programs. Salary: $67,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, education, etc.

What You'll Do

    • Assess needs, then create and deliver the sales enablement programs with a primary focus on products, market understanding, and selling skills.
    • Help drive the adoption of our chosen sales methodology through teaching and coaching. 
    • Support the implementation and adoption of existing sales tools (e.g. SalesForce.com, Clari) and adoption of new sales tools when applicable. 
    • Collaborate with global teammates (enablement, revenue operations, sales leadership, product marketing, and marketing) on the best methods of delivery, the priority of projects, and the schedule for sales enablement initiatives.
    • Support and participate in the maintenance and update of sales enablement program content, courses, and pathways. 
    • Support the curation of content on our Revenue Enablement intranet site.
    • Monitor critical metrics and develop custom solutions based on data, and provide a continuous measurement of the impact of your programs.
    • Help organize, collaborate on content creation, and facilitate annual field kick-off event sessions and activities.

What You'll Bring:

    • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales, curriculum/content strategy, customer success, or sales enablement role in the Education Technology space.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with a learning management system and learning content creation applications such as Camtasia, Captivate, etc. 
    • Experience with an EdTech company supporting the Higher Education or K-12 market, selling to customers in these markets, or,  as an educator or administrator in a K-12 or post-secondary institution.
    • Strong project management skills. 
    • Excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.
    • Able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
    • Creative problem-solving skills, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines

Final salary is subject to location and experience.
