Instructure is looking for a Sales and Customer Success Trainer  to support the onboarding and development of Philippines- based Sales Development Reps (SDRs), Customer Success, and Renewals team members. This role focuses on equipping these teams with the foundational skills, tools, and knowledge needed to succeed at Instructure. You will help create structured training programs, reinforce essential workplace skills, and ensure these teams are set up for success.

What You'll Do:

    • Onboarding & Foundational Training – Guide new hires through structured onboarding, including company processes, tools, and workplace expectations.
    • Basic Work Skills Development – Provide training on essential workplace skills such as time management, professionalism, communication, and teamwork.
    • Email & Customer Communication Etiquette – Teach best practices for writing professional emails, handling customer interactions, and maintaining a customer-focused tone.
    • Workshop & Training Session Coordination – Organize training sessions on key skills, including customer interactions, conflict resolution, and workflow efficiency.
    • Process Documentation – Maintain and update playbooks, FAQs, and knowledge base materials for easy reference.
    • Tool & System Support – Assist new hires in using CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Gainsight).
    • Performance & Feedback Support – Gather feedback from new hires to improve training effectiveness and measure their progress.
    • Collaboration & Coordination – Work closely with Customer Success Managers, enablement colleagues,  and leadership to ensure alignment on training goals.
    • Reinforce Methodology – Reinforce skills and frameworks from our chosen methodology, WinningByDesign through synchronous and asynchronous enablement programs. Schedule and host practice and peer-coaching sessions.

What You'll Bring:

    • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Training, Sales Support, Administrative Assistance, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of professional communication, email etiquette, and customer service best practices.
    • Fast and enthusiastic learner interested in acquiring new skills and sharing them with others. 
    • Ability to train and guide employees with patience and clarity.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with customer success tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
    • Experience in SaaS or tech is a bonus but not required.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
