About The Role: 
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Visual Media Producer responsible for the management of high-volume production workflows tailored for esteemed brands in the haircare and beauty industries. This role, based at our studios in Dania Beach, Florida, is ideal for a professional who excels in dynamic creative settings while ensuring seamless production processes from inception through to post-production.

The Visual Media Producer will oversee all stages of Integra's creative photo and video projects, ensuring robust management of pre-production planning and post-production execution. This position is critical as the project manager for visual media initiatives, focusing on aligning the final deliverables with the strategic objectives of both the client and the organization, while also maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee all components of photo and video projects from conceptualization to delivery, which includes budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. 
    • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality results across all e-commerce platforms.
    • Collaborate with the Group Creative Director, Creative Director, Art Director, and other team members to develop the creative vision and brand strategy for various projects. 
    • Manage and enhance production workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of the creative process. 
    • Handle all logistical elements of production, including securing locations, recruiting crew and talent, and ensuring the availability of equipment and props. 
    • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. 
    • Establish and adhere to project timelines to guarantee consistent, on-time delivery of creative assets.
    • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the production process. 
    • Collaborate with the creative team and other departments (such as marketing, e-commerce, and retail) to facilitate seamless project execution. 
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers as required. 
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all creative outputs.
    • Engage in editing and post-production responsibilities, including graphics addition, sound design, and color correction. 
    • Drive continuous improvement within creative processes and workflows, identifying and implementing best practices.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Marketing, Communications, Design, or Film) or equivalent practical experience. 
    • At least five years of experience in creative production, preferably within the e-commerce industry or a similar area. 
    • Comprehensive understanding of production workflows, budgeting, and timeline management. 
    • Experience in developing and executing creative assets for online, mobile, social, and retail markets. 
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. 
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools for creative production, such as Adobe Creative Suite. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Experience in managing vendors and freelancers. 
    • Knowledge of brand guidelines and industry standards. 
    • Proven ability to facilitate continuous improvement in creative processes. 
    • Experience in talent acquisition, training, and professional development. 
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
