About The Role:
Integra Beauty is seeking a strategic and hands-on AI Innovation Lead – Marketing, Creative & Generative Systems contractor to design and deploy artificial intelligence across our marketing, creative, brand development, and education ecosystems. This role is central to building intelligent tools that enhance storytelling, automate performance marketing, personalize customer experiences, and elevate operational efficiency across departments.
You’ll work cross-functionally with acquisition, retention, brand, education, and creative leads to identify opportunities, build MVPs, deploy AI tools, and scale intelligent systems that shape how we market, create, and connect.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact use cases where AI can solve creative, marketing, and educational challenges.
- Participate in vendor research and selection.
- Build a roadmap of AI innovation initiatives that touch content production, media buying, education delivery, and brand storytelling.
- Deploy and maintain AI systems, AI agents, knowledge bases, and automation workflows.
- Build systems that integrate with our stack: Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Recharge, and more.
- Automate generation of copy, imagery, and video while preserving brand integrity.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to build prompt libraries, tone systems, and smart brief generators.
- Enable the creative team to produce more output with less friction through AI tooling.
- Deploy AI for personalization at scale in paid media, email/SMS, and product recommendations.
- Use prediction models for retargeting, churn prevention, and post-purchase retention.
- Partner with media and data teams to drive attribution clarity and funnel efficiency through AI-enhanced insights.
- Build internal tools and knowledge agents for onboarding, training, and internal brand alignment.
- Develop AI-powered education platforms that deliver dynamic content to stylists, retailers, or end consumers.
- Ensure knowledge continuity across creative and educational content using intelligent retrieval systems.

Qualifications
- 4–7+ years applying AI in creative, marketing, or tech-enabled environments.
- Technical fluency in LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs and AI workflows.
- Deep understanding of the generative AI landscape—text, image, audio, and video tools.
- Proven ability to ship AI-powered products or internal tools from MVP to scale.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into platforms like Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Recharge, Shopify, Notion, Airtable, or Slack.
- Prior work in DTC, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or content-rich brand environments.
- Exposure to advanced AI concepts like reinforcement learning, agentic design, or behavior modeling.
- Strong visual sensibility or experience collaborating with brand and creative teams.
