About the Role:
As Brand Manager – Online Marketplaces, you will own the day-to-day performance and optimization of our product assortment across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Ulta.com, and other key retail.com channels. You’ll drive product content excellence, PDP (product detail page) strategy, merchandising calendars, and review optimization—ensuring that every digital shelf tells a compelling, conversion-driving brand story.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Own all PDP content: titles, bullets, A+ content, storefronts, images, and video
    • Partner with Creative to brief and QA new image/video assets for retail.com
    • Maintain retail.com merchandising calendars and coordinate seasonal updates
    • Track and enhance keyword performance, search rank, reviews, and Q&A
    • Manage new product launches across marketplaces, ensuring on-time setup and asset readiness
    • Audit competitor listings, keyword use, and brand storytelling tactics
    • Work with Inventory & Fulfillment to maintain in-stock rates and flag low inventory risks
    • Analyze CVR, clickthrough rate, organic search performance, and page heatmaps
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Ops teams

Qualifications

    • 4–6 years managing product pages and merchandising on Amazon or other online marketplaces
    • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
    • Experience working with creative teams to produce on-brand PDP assets
    • Data- and detail-obsessed: you track every click and optimize for performance
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple SKUs and timelines
    • Passion for beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands is a plus
