About The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the Creative Director of New Ideation. This role is essential in keeping projects on track, supporting communication and documentation, helping organize research, and helping manage the administrative flow of new product development from concept to pre-commercialization. This role will also be responsible for helping maintain the office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Including but not limited to:
- Assist the Creative Director with scheduling, email follow-ups, and internal/external communication.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Help coordinate cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Product Development (PD), and Education teams.
- Maintain databases of vendor contacts, ingredient research, and product references.
- Track the handoff of project materials (base formula, story, initial pricing) to PD.
- Help order, organize and maintain supplies in the office.
- Conduct preliminary research on market trends, white space opportunities, and competitor products.
- Support the team in compiling research on new ingredients, consumer insights, and product performance.
- Monitor platforms such as Amazon and other e-commerce sites to identify innovation and brand opportunities.
- Assist in preparing summary reports and launch briefs for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering user feedback on product samples and logging testing notes.
- Support the Creative Director and team in aligning product stories with marketing claims.
- Help manage internal documentation related to product testing and brand storytelling.
- Help compile marketing angle ideas and "how-to-sell" talking points for new launches.
- Provide basic formatting or editing of creative briefs and storytelling materials for team presentations.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
