About The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for the leadership and strategic plan of the supply chain, logistics and inventory management teams for all Integra Beauty brands. This role will work closely with all departments across the company which include; Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Distribution.
The Procurement Manager is responsible for identifying trends or changes in market demands while ensuring necessary adjustments are made to purchases and freight scheduling. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and execute tasks effectively in a rapidly growing and changing business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of the supply chain, logistics, inventory management teams
- Accountable for all supply chain, logistics and inventory metrics of safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Drive key metric improvements around delivery, quality and cost
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships, implementing sourcing strategies, vendor management, inventory management, and safety stock
- Participate and contribute to the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process
- Read and interpret demand signals into procurement strategy and timely placement of PO’s to support revenue plan, minimize stockouts
- Negotiate contracts, PO’s, and spot buys with vendors to maximize business performance while maintain needs of inventory and operations team
- Leads sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature
- Place PO’s outside of established supplier / product lead time to ensure delivery is on time to support revenue plan
- Drive delivery assurance with vendors to support the on time delivery of goods / services to support operational plans
- Execute less than 24 hour turnaround time on PO placement from other business functions
- Build shipment schedule and communicate timing of shipments to business
- Work with account management to adequately allocate inventory for PO’s for wholesale vendors
- Responsible for managing inventory levels and implementing fulfillment strategies to balance inventory in all distribution centers to support business sales plan
- Take active role in supporting SIOP process: pulling and analyzing data, proposing strategies for aligning supply and demand
- Responsible for the accuracy of and for maintaining and updating systems to ensure alignment between all inventory management / PO transactions / physical inventory
- Cycle count process ownership, outline expectations, develop process, drive metrics to process
- Forecasting / analyze data to support wholesale accounts and allocate inventory as needed
- Manage logistics team as part of business procurement strategy
- Negotiate logistics rates and optimal network shipping path
- Manage all carrier relationships and drive key performance initiatives such as safety, quality, delivery, cost
- Support the operations leader and business with additional tasks as requested

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, materials, operations, finance, engineering, economics or related field with 5+ years of work experience
- In lieu of Bachelors degree: 10+ years’ experience in operations (specifically including supply chain, inventory, SIOP, demand planning or related function)
- Thrives within a team environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google suite / Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, specifically NetSuite
- Self Starter / Active information-seeking skills
- Readiness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win
- Experience in shopify eCommerce environment
- Ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Genuine passion and knowledge of beauty and hair care products.
- Experience with data visualization tools

- Experience sourcing products from middle east, china, and other Asia markets
