About The Role:
Integra is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with full-cycle A/P ensuring compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes.
The ideal candidate is familiar with NetSuite and has 2+ years of recent accounts payable experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process inventory and freight bills including entering into NetSuite, saving backup, requesting payment approval, and initiating payment
- Manage landed cost transactions including matching freight bills with item receipts, saving backup, and processing in NetSuite
- 3-way match inventory bills and lead reconciliation efforts with vendors
- Maintain vendor information and files
- Process 1099s annually
- Support annual physical inventory counts
- Reconcile inventory deposits and prepayments account, ensure no aging deposits
- Support other inventory and accounts payable related activities
- Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years experience working in an accounting field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, especially inventory and/or cost accounting
- Excellent computer literacy with capability in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience using NetSuite preferred
- Well organized and detail oriented
