About The Role:
We are looking for individuals who can help not just with our day to day fulfillment, but those we can train and develop into lead and trainer positions, in addition to the potential ability to pivot into other growing departments.
Shift:
Monday - Friday
*Weekend availability is required*
Hours:
6am - 230pm
*OT may be required
*Weekend OT may be required

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving & storing materials
- Picking, packing & scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
- Processes orders efficiently in a fast paced environment; Palatalize, label and shrink wrapping orders.
- Communicate quality & inventory issues
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
- Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
