About Us
Integrate is a Seattle-based company building program management software for the world’s most ambitious machines 🦾 Integrate simplifies cross-organizational collaboration within deep tech (think rockets, self-driving cars, robotics), with vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders as seamlessly as other software solves collaboration for internal teams. We are revolutionizing how organizations work together in the new deep tech economy by reducing communication overhead and unnecessary workload.

Our Solution
Despite growing tailwinds in deeptech and manufacturing industries in the US, existing software tools are inadequate to keep up with the rapid iteration and accelerated pace of hardware development. Integrate is developing a modern, specialized software solution that will enable seamless communication between all stakeholders internal and external to bring on the future, faster.

Responsibilities
Engineer end-to-end features - Design and implement scalable, maintainable systems from database to UI. Ensure performance, resilience, and clean architecture.
Translate product intent into code - Work with design and product to shape requirements, then drive them through implementation—owning technical decisions and tradeoffs.
Advance our technical foundations - Contribute to architecture, API design, and data modeling. Improve developer tooling, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Integrate modern AI -  Evaluate and implement LLM-based solutions, balancing accuracy, performance, and usability.
Leverage AI as an accelerator - Use AI coding tools to move faster, but validate with strong fundamentals—writing code you understand, can maintain, and can defend in review.
Elevate the front-end - Build performant, accessible interfaces in React, grounded in robust design systems and Figma-driven workflows.
Mentor and multiply - Guide teammates in code quality, system design, and pragmatic product thinking. Model how to balance velocity with rigor.

Systems thinker who can evaluate performance, reliability, and scaling tradeoffs.
Product-aware engineer: can turn ambiguous requirements into code, propose better solutions, and defend technical choices in plain language.
Clear communicator: can write docs, conduct code reviews, and give actionable feedback.
Experience developing product features that integrate with LLMs to enhance user workflows.
