Integrate is a high-growth, emerging marketing technology leader in the field of Demand Orchestration. The company has brought a new-type of marketing technology (MarTech) solution to B2B marketers in the last few years developing a marquee roster of early-adopter enterprise and mid-market customers that are advocates for its solution. 

The Salesforce Administrator will own the system configurations activities. You will be integrally involved in setup for implementations for subsequent lines of business.

What You'll Do:

Assist in managing all Custom & Standard Objects in SFDC
Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regards to configuration, process, workflow and reporting
Provide day-to-day end-user support for sales, customer success, finance, and Ops teams
Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
Work with team for best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
Develop, provide, and maintain custom Reports & Dashboards

What You Offer:

•At least 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
•In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of
•Expert in Excel, Power View, Power Pivot, and Macros
•Analytical thinking skills
•Ability to work independently, or within a team environment
•Excellent data gathering, reporting, and analytical skills 
•Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
•Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
•Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
•Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
•Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions
•Experience using Salesforce to develop stakeholder or business solutions is a plus
