Join our adept team of Business and Technology Consultants in our Advisory Services practice. As a member of our Advisory Services team, you will help solve a range of complex business challenges by advising clients across strategy, design, and transformation. You will collaborate with a wide variety of client stakeholders to understand their landscape and develop innovative solutions to move them forward. You will work with clients ranging from fast-paced start-ups to large global institutions to solve their toughest challenges.

Responsibilities
- Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations
- Translate strategy to business/tech requirements through to delivery
- Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop an understanding of client direction, risk and issues, and project goals
- Prepare, facilitate, document, and participating in client meetings and workshops
- Create high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings
- Perform coordination and/or analytical functions on technology projects
- Gather business or system requirements, translating them into the form of user stories
- Work with product owners, solution architects and developers to deliver solutions in an agile environment
- Participate in development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Intelliware brand, and our global reach
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a business and/or technology major with a strong/passionate interest in management consulting
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively, and share ideas with confience
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge in system design, system integration, system migration, implementation, gather requirement, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Business Intelligence (BI)
- Good understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner
- Ability to recognize the importance of constructive criticism and feedback to build on existing strengths and succeed in the future
