Total Rewards Analyst (hybrid)

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will have daily accountability for two integral areas of the employee experience: benefits and compensation administration for our corporate team members and oversight of benefit offerings for our per diem workforce. Serving as the primary first point of contact, you will participate in the assessment, design, and communication of all total reward programs, conducting analysis as needed to ensure market competitiveness. In addition, you will ensure efficient and accurate interface with HRIS systems and processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer all employee benefits programs, eligibility and utilization of company offered programs and coordinate with third party vendors. (Health & Welfare, Disability and Life, Wellness and Recognition Programs)
- Participate in the annual benefit renewal and assess programs against market trends in conjunction with third party vendors
- Assist in annual open enrollment activities
- Audit and reconcile benefit plans, benefit related invoices, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure effective interface with ADP and payroll
- Partner with brokers and third parties regarding plan documents/amendments, audits and completion of all required filing such as 1095 reporting, 5500 filings
- Participate in and provide guidance as needed for compliance activities for federal and state requirements such as ERISA, HIPAA, PFMLA, FMLA, ADA and reporting
- Participate in New Hire Orientation and assist new hires with benefit enrollments
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as back-up for LOA administration
- Conduct ongoing administration of all compensation data and employee lifecycle changes related to position and reporting changes
- Participate in compensation surveys through job content analysis for matching survey jobs, data collection, survey submission and results analysis providing insight to trends and gaps
- Participate in the annual compensation review and preparation of materials and communication to organization
- Draft all compensation letters and materials associated with internal promotions and transfers
- Participate in ensuring compliance with federal, state and local compensation requirements
- Oversee mapping of all data, hierarchies, and validation tables to the HRIS system and records
- Ensure effective technology and systems interface to maintain one system of record and accurate data
- Demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail

Qualifications
- Customer service-oriented professional with demonstrated ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization and provide guidance through complex situations
- 5+ years of Human Resources, Benefits or Compensation experience
- PHR, CBP or CEBS certification preferred
- Completion of NEEBC Benefits Mentor Program preferred
- Demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills with a high level of engagement and service-oriented mindset
- Proactive and self-directed with ability to manage simultaneous projects with competing deadlines
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties the physical requirements are:
- constantly reach to use computers, monitors, and other office equipment
- constantly need to view objects at close and distant ranges
- constantly communicate with others verbally and in writing
- frequently required to sit or stand
- This position functions in an office and technical environment and requires fine manipulation and simple grasping to utilize the computer and other standard office equipment.
- Required occasional lifting and transporting of items weighing up to 25 lbs.
