Account Specialist (Revenue Team)

As IntelyCare’s Account Specialist, you will be responsible for reactivating and nurturing relationships with lapsed clients (facilities), clients contracted – never onboarded and clients onboarded – never requested. Your primary goal will be to renew accounts by identifying client needs, communicating value, and re-establishing trust and business with organizations that previously partnered with us. You will play a key role in driving growth, increasing revenue and strengthening IntelyCare’s client base.  
 
*This is a hybrid position working out of our HQ in Quincy, MA. 3 days on-site/2 days remote* 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify and engageprevious clients using CRM data, sales records, and referrals 
    • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels/sales enablement tools to generate qualified leads. 
    • Rebuild relationships with dormant accounts to understand current staffing needs 
    • Present tailored staffing solutions (total talent platform) based on each client’s needs, goals, and past engagement 
    • Collaborate with nurse recruiting, sales, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of reactivated clients 
    • Maintain detailed records of outreach, communications, and results via Salesforce 
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly reengagements and revenue targets 
    • Gather feedback from former clients to identify service improvements or address concerns 
    • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with staffing trends and service updates 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience   
    • 3+ years in Sales Management, Account Management or Business Development 
    • Proven track record of client renewal, retention, or reactivation success 
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
    • Results-driven with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset 
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) 
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities 
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
