We're on the hunt for a passionate and seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Manager to amplify our marketing efforts. This role calls for the crafting and execution of top-tier lifecycle marketing strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value throughout their journey with us. The perfect fit for this position would be someone with a robust background in marketing automation, adept at segmentation, and campaign management, combined with a deep understanding of customer behavior and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

    • Email Marketing: Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of email marketing initiatives, including lifecycle-triggered emails, newsletters, promotions, and drip campaigns.
    • Lifecycle Marketing Strategy: Work alongside various teams to devise and execute strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
    • Segmentation and Personalization: Employ customer data for effective audience segmentation and deliver personalized marketing campaigns and communications for distinct customer segments.
    • Marketing Automation: Deploy and fine-tune marketing automation tools and workflows to enhance campaign execution efficiency, lead nurturing, and overall marketing effectiveness.
    • Customer Journey Mapping: Examine the customer journey to pinpoint crucial touchpoints, creating targeted marketing initiatives to improve customer experience and drive conversions.
    • A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing, analyze campaign performance to refine messaging, visuals, and targeting, fostering continuous improvement and greater impact.
    • Retention Strategies: Craft and implement retention strategies, including loyalty programs and customer reactivation campaigns, to optimize customer lifetime value.
    • Collaboration and Reporting: Engage with various teams to ensure lifecycle marketing efforts align with company objectives, and regularly report on key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
    • Automation and Reporting: Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring compliance with global email legislation and continuously improving campaign outcomes through rigorous analysis and optimization.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
    • 5-8 years of proven experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a similar role.
    • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klayvio, Iterable, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems; familiarity with Active Campaign is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel messaging campaigns (Email, In-App Push, SMS) effectively.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis, segmentation strategies, and an analytical approach to decision-making.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proven experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Experience in both D2C/B2C and B2B environments.
    • A detail-oriented, customer-focused marketer with outstanding project management capabilities.
