Interaxon is seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a primary focus on the B2B customers in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent fields. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across a number of market verticals, including: mental health clinics, hospitals and health systems, and academic research institutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify the needs of the customer, aligning with innovative / disruptive products. Must possess exceptional sales acumen and the ability to drive growth through meaningful relationships and solutions  in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.

Responsibilities

    • Identify, target, develop relationships and close deals with future customers across B2B segments, including mental health clinics, hospitals, academic research institutions, etc. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Develop key sales material including sales presentations, proposals and more.
    • Manage the sales process across various aspects of the sales funnel, including the interplay between prospecting and lead generation and closing deals, accompanied with accurate forecasting and reporting. At least weekly pipeline reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align strategies and ensure client success.
    • Maintain records of lead and customer interactions, utilizing CRM software and internal tools to monitor progress, manage customer data, and inform data-driven sales strategies.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Muse’s products, wide ranging solutions, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Attend department meetings and partner with other sales team members including doing joint calls in support of corporate revenue targets
    • Attend conferences, trade shows and participate in event and booth sales activities 

Qualifications

    • Minimum 5-7 years experience in B2B sales, preferably selling within a healthcare or healthcare adjacent context, in the US market.
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales role, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
    • Ability to identify strategic initiatives and needs of prospective/new customers across segments.
    • Experience in building out net new market verticals with newly released products.
    • Strong knowledge of the clinical research process, drug development, or therapeutic interventions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and present materials to various targeted stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or experience using other CRM tools and sales software.
    • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
    • Familiarity with EEG technology and its applications in healthcare is a strong asset.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
    • A passion for driving revenue growth and making a measurable impact in healthcare.
