Working with a cross-functional team, the Senior Consultant, Analytics will represent and deliver Interbrand’s[PL(1]  research and analytics offerings, creating high-impact content and enhancing our distinctive knowledge.  Specifically, we are seeking an individual with strong knowledge and passion for brand strategy and insight-driven research techniques, and the ability to utilize research inputs to tell a compelling story.


    • Combine analysis with strategic thinking and business requirements to create a cohesive story and actionable results for our clients
    • Design, develop and execute research approaches and programs to support branding initiatives, and to identify salient information and trends
    • Contribute directly to structure, content, and delivery of documents for internal or client use (thought leadership, repositioning, brand architecture, etc.)
    • Engage in value-added dialog on engagement topics
    • Communicate insights both visually and verbally
    • Interact and manage client expectations and issues in cooperation with other Interbrand team members
    • Coordinate with Client Management to ensure that timelines are met, and knowledge is successfully transferred across the client team


    • Experience executing research and analytics projects including:
    • --  Vendor management including logistics for both quantitative and qualitative research projects
    • --  Writing quantitative questionnaires and qualitative discussion guides
    • --  Analysis of quantitative data; able to fully execute the compilation of results from raw data using Excel, into an accessible and understandable narrative
    • --  Interpretation of qualitative results (e.g. in-depth interviews, groups, and communities) into an accessible and understandable narrative
    • --  Summary report writing
    • Understanding of, and ability to apply, analytics techniques including segmentation, cluster analysis, and business case modeling; Monte Carlo simulation and regression a plus
    • Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect information
    • Working understanding of business processes and strategy
    • Strong client leadership skills – able to connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment
    • Passion around having a measurable impact on clients' business


    • BA/BS degree; MBA or MS in Economics, Statistics or other analytically demanding major desirable; or comparable experience
    • Solid experience in marketing and/or customer research
    • Experience in leveraging data in creating narratives to tell compelling strategic stories
    • Extremely proficient in Excel
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint
    • Financial/spreadsheet modeling experience a plus
