For our Brand Economics Team in Cologne we are looking for a


As Junior Consultant (m/f/d) - Brand Economics at Interbrand, you will take on an expert role that brings logic to the magic of branding. In your work with multidisciplinary project teams, consisting of consultants and designers, you bring data-driven, customer and commercial logic to client decision making by creating deep, multi-source fact bases.
You understand data and help turn it into narratives people can understand and relate to. We are not just aiming for data charts – we are aiming for stories!

Your tasks will include:

    • Delivering against assigned project tasks (e.g. execution of research & analysis, preparing client presentations and workshops etc.)
    • Taking part in communication with and presentations to the client
    • Supporting senior functions with creating analysis models and interactive data visualization dashboards
    • Analyzing client and third party data using quantitative modeling to feed into financial models and to generate actionable insights
    • Creating financial models for brand valuation and enabling business case and scenario analysis

Your professional profile:

    • First hands-on experience in brand management consulting, markting and business analytics, or similar (including university projects, working student experience, and full-time internships)
    • Basic understanding of branding and strategic brand management
    • Safe knowledge of quantitative research and statistical methods such as discrete choice, conjoint, ANOVA, factor analysis etc.
    • Strong interest in and quick understanding of financial data and how it is linked to business strategy, business models and business value drivers
    • Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint and SPSS
    • Fluent in English and - in best case - in German
