Business Development /
The BDE will be the face and voice of intive.
This person will be intive in every point of contact with prospects and clients.
Loyalty, trustworthiness, and confidence will be their core values to relate and bond with new clients.
This role is key in the new era intive is commencing. 

Main objectives/responsibilities of the role

    • Generate revenue with new clients within FinTech / Financial Services, Retail and Health. Or any industries such as Logistics or Automotive
    • Seed new relationships in key markets to generate the next 2 years' prospects

    • Tasks of the role
    • Research and identify business opportunities to generate new leads
    • Drive with both internal teams (Lead Gen, Pre-sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance teams etc.) as well as client teams until deal closure  
    • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients, connect face-to-face or over the phone

    • Ability to understand the client’s business
    • The candidate's key asset is his initial network who must be focused on tech decision-makers on target companies
    • Money driven: Highly engage with the opportunity of earning money through intive´s growth and success

    • Should have sold full life cycle of software development
    • The candidates should have a demonstrable track record of originating and closing “New logo” deals, inside target business/markets
    • Technological understanding
    • Candidates must have demonstrable sales figures and a record of overachieving sales targets and ideally have been with their organization for few years
    • Profound market insights with IT (SW&Services) 
    • +8 years of international sales experience with customers from the target business (part of them with a hunter role is a plus)
    • Proven Knowledge of various sales methodologies and processes
