Impact of the role
This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver next-generation financial market solutions. You will solve complex problems and deliver refined experiences by combining UX/UI design principles and an iterative, user-centric process.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering and data to ship new products to market
- Identify user pain points and opportunities to enhance user experience across current and new products
- Carry out user research to validate hypotheses and design decisions
- Produce progressively more complex designs; from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
- Utilise and contribute to our growing design system
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a product design role within an agile product environment
- Skilled in delivering and shipping product experiences
- Highly accomplished in the design & production of differentiated user interfaces/experiences
- Experience defining user-centric processes and ways of working across product teams
- Excellent communication skills
