What We’re Looking For
- A degree in a STEM or finance-related subject (or equivalent experience)
- Recently graduated, or up to 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, or finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers — and explaining them clearly to others
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Python, SQL or other analytics platforms
- A desire to learn and grow — we value curiosity and ambition
- Interest in coding or data tools is a plus, but not a requirement
What You’ll Do
- Support the finance team in preparing and maintaining P&Ls and other key financial reports
- Produce analysis that helps guide business decisions and strategic planning
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
- Work with external suppliers and partners, negotiating commercial terms where needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve operations and support growth
