We are looking for a Client Success Manager to play a key part in client retention and account growth for InvestorFlow. This unique opportunity drives client partnerships by proactively engaging with clients to ensure adoption and overall implementation success. You are resourceful with the ability to recognize upsell opportunities and manage multiple projects with varying priorities.

You will:

    • Drive overall account success across a book of clients through proactive outreach  
    • Work with Account Managers to uncover leads and expand relationships 
    • Assist the team in triaging and resolving issues for portal clients 
    • Escalate client requests and identify account red flags to management 
    • Clearly document actions taken in our ticketing system, following up consistently with Development and Project teams, as needed 
    • Create and update internal and external training documentation, as needed 
    • Govern & monitor Client Success best practices to promote a top-tier customer experience 

You have:

    • Strong understanding and previous experience working with Investor Portals
    • Understanding of the workflows of alternative asset management firms and personas
    • Strong soft skills with a consultative approach to client interactions
    • Ability to gain knowledge of InvestorFlow suite of products and services
    • Critical thinker and problem-solver with an analytical mindset
    • Capable of working independently across multiple clients in a fast-paced, remote environment
    • Ability to communicate succinctly in writing, clearly and professionally, with co-workers and customers of all personality types
