We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Manager to join our team. This role is critical in aligning cross- functional teams, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. Leveraging five core pillars of a successful Product Manager, you will work tactically to bring our product strategy to life.

You Will:

    • Utilize Financial Services expertise and market research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, defining product value propositions that align with business goals to drive revenue (ARR) and customer stickiness (reducing churn, increasing NRR).
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify Minimum-Viable Products (MVPs), value-based target outcomes, and key "Jobs-To-Be-Done" across the Product landscape (clouds, applications, and modules) focused on driving value.
    • Use customer surveys, RFPs and analytics to understand customer motivations and behaviors, balancing innovation with practicality in product requirements.
    • Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and delightful user experiences.
    • Develop, document, and evangelize product initiatives and features as well as sequence delivery plans to ensure scalable growth or create operational efficiencies for customers and in line with company business goals. (Product Board)
    • Drive product planning and create “Commit-to-Plan” product milestones across strategies, initiatives, and features on a release, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Own the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact, outcomes, feasibility, customer needs, revenue targets, and innovation.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases, always shepherding and evangelizing key priorities.
    • Monitor product development progress, proactively removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth execution to ensure the product is introduced to the market as intended.
    • Demonstrate accountability from committed product plans through product delivery, including capabilities available to sell (demonstrate), implement (to new and existing SAAS environments), recognize revenue, and drive customer adoption and stickiness.
    • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, support and implementation teams.
    • Clearly articulate product goals, priorities, and updates to stakeholders at all levels and on multiple cadences - weekly, monthly, quarterly (QBRs), and annually.
    • "Tell-A-Story" and present product strategies, roadmaps, design options, and delivery plans for customers, sales, marketing, implementation, and support teams.
    • Facilitate feedback loops with customers and internal teams to continuously improve the product.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap (sequenced set of target outcomes) that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, balancing short-term wins with long-term investments.
    • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure reliability and performance commitments at a product level.
    • Ensure the following product considerations are addressed and captured across product initiatives and give product recommendations during sales cycles and customer implementations: supportability, risk (compliance, contractual, operational), frictionless experiences, impact (timeline and revenue), and feasibility.•Identify emerging technologies, latest industry best practices, and competitive dynamics to position the product for future growth - including AI, Identity Management, API usage, etc.
    •  Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to rally around the product vision, value proposition while always evangelizing priorities.
    • Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to support product strategies and initiatives, and core features.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team.

You Have:

    •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, enterprise SaaS, or B2B environments with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery through revenue recognition.
    • Strong customer research and market analysis skills with experience in data-driven product decisions, managing product backlogs, and agile development processes.
    • Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, including stakeholder influence at executive levels.
    • Business acumen including experience with product analytics, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn), pricing strategies, and revenue optimization.
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate customer interactions and translate needs into product features.
    •  Experience in Financial Services, particularly capital markets, investment management, private equity, or fund management workflows and regulatory requirements.
    • Track record building products for multiple user personas with experience in SaaS business models, CRM systems, or relationship management platforms.
    • Experience supporting revenue teams through product demonstrations, sales enablement, competitive analysis, and market positioning.
    • Knowledge of customer advisory programs, user research initiatives, and emerging FinTech technologies including AI/ML applications.
