We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to play a key part in client retention and account growth for InvestorFlow. This unique opportunity drives client partnerships by proactively engaging with clients to ensure adoption and overall implementation success. You are resourceful with the ability to recognize upsell opportunities and manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
You will:
- Collaborate with Account Managers as their go-to technical resource
- Craft and scope solutions to position the value of InvestorFlow’s SaaS products
- Manage and coach Client Success Analysts
- Oversee a strategic book of clients focused on driving adoption of their implementation
- Continuously work to mitigate process pain points
- Act as project manager for special projects
- Assist the CS team in effectively distributing the workload
You have:
- The Salesforce Admin certification
- Passion for driving client success and adoption through proactive outreach and engagement
- A good understanding of the workflows of alternative asset management firms
- The ability to break down complex problems into clear, manageable parts
- Project management and planning skills
- Experience working independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience communicating succinctly in writing, clearly and professionally, with co-workers and customers of all personality types
