As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process by combining your deep technical knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, demonstrate our software solutions, and provide technical guidance to potential clients. Your goal is to help move deals forward by building trust with customers and prospects. 

You Will:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and the Salesforce platform.  
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.  
    • Provide technical input and guidance to the sales team.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads.  
    • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and product evaluations for prospective clients.  
    • Build strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
    • Provide post-sales support by ensuring a smooth handoff to the implementation and support teams.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.  
    • Participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and deal reviews.  

You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field  
    • 3+ years of proven experience in a technical pre-sales or software sales engineering role.  
    • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.  
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment.
    • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
$150,000 - $240,000 a year
This salary range is for OTE. This role will be a base + incentive structure.
This salary range is based on the national average and will be commensurate with factors such as experience and alignment.
