We are looking for a Data Engineer to help our customers validate data integrity and drive data hygiene. You will help them to transform data from an array of source systems and migrate them to the Salesforce platform. As a member of our data team, you will report directly to our Sr Director, Technical Services.
You will:
- Lead data initiatives with our Project teams
- Address all data quality issues and help with data standardization and transformation
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Create reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Snowflake, Excel and Salesforce
- Validate field mapping to help with data migration to Salesforce
- Perform root cause analysis to understand key data issues
You have:
- Experience performing data migrations to Salesforce from various platforms including Salesforce to Salesforce
- The ability to develop SQL Scripts to include an understanding of Inner/Left and Outer Joins, CTEs, Aliases, Regex, normalization/denormalized data and use of functions
- Ability to follow best practices for SQL development
- Experience in data migrations, ETL and complex data types
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Data Loader/SOQL a plus
- Independent worker that can meet timelines and objectives
- Excellent communication skills and are fluent in the English language
- Knowledge in one of the following: SQL Server, SOQL, Postgres, Snowflake or T-SQL scripting
