Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be our first Head of Partnership. We are looking for a passionate individual eager to play a key role in driving the go-to-market efforts of a fast-growing company that will be the next iconic brand (imagine being the first Head of Partnership at Amazon or Google). The goal of the Partnerships is to help enable Invisible’s mission to automate repetitive work for every company so people can focus on their real work by developing channel partnerships to increase lead flow and new revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing partnership programs to generate the leadflow and revenue to help us grow 3x again in 2022.
Who We Want
The Head of Partnership will be an important member of the Sales team. Our ability to achieve our goals comes down, in a large part, to the quality of partners you will add, how well you maintain our existing partner relations, and how much revenue they contribute to the oganization. We are looking for individuals with the full spectrum of abilities and we are extremely selective. The ideal candidate is a blend of 3 key strengths:
1) You have demonstrated success in establishing, nurturing and growing channel partner programs
2) The right candidate will have launched affiliate channel programs and brokered strategic partnerships to drive revenue goals.
3) You have experience leading joint business planning sessions, driving channel enablement, and brokering strategic partnerships.
This ‘hunter-mentality’ is key to continuing our high growth trajectory: we grew 3x in 2020, 4x in 2021, and plan to grow rapidly by 3x again in 2022. We are looking for individuals with the full spectrum of abilities and we are extremely selective.
Capabilities & Requirements:
Preferably 3-5 years experience building channel programs at other companies,
Evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on market dynamics, customer impact, and strategic value
Negotiate and close new partnership deals that make sense and align to our company objectives and revenue goals
Build a network of Venture Capital Firms, PE Groups, and Consultants that can refer Invisible to their clients
Build infrastructure, processes, and best practices to support the work of partnerships, including the introduction of tools and systems as needed
Comfortable Selling complex services to C-level and executive buyers at mid-market-to-enterprise sized companies
Conduct through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement to drive consistent revenue growth
Cultivate executive relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to drive revenue expansion from existing and new partners, and increase leadflow from partners
Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, take ownership and be efficient in ambiguous situations
Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a fast-growth environment
Report on a regular cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach, and hold partners accountable to performance targets
Willing to Travel to meet partners and go to conferences as needed

US (EDT or PDT) Hours
Compensation & Reporting:
Pay: $90k annual pay + $20K Bonus + Uncapped Commission + Equity. OTE: $150k
You will report directly to the Head of Sales. Additional opportunities to earn more equity through promotions and through redistribution of re-acquired shares via buybacks
