What you will do
1) Answer critical questions with our data using a mix of dashboards and narratives
2) Become a trusted advisor to your business stakeholders, helping them grow their functions with your insights
3) Roadmap with your stakeholders and create a steady stream of milestones which raise our collective wisdom and build trust
4) Scale your impact by mentoring junior engineers and analysts on technical and communication skills

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of relevant experience in a technical, data-centric function
Experience with articulating business questions, manipulating data using SQL and using analytics to arrive at an answer
Experience building impactful dashboards that serve stakeholder needs
Demonstrable business impact from past analyses
Preferred qualifications
Experience designing ETL flows
Experience integrating with third-party APIs to source required data
Experience working in a team of analysts and contributing to shared code repos
Success managing medium-size projects and direct reports
Work experience in an interdisciplinary/cross-functional field
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends
Distinctive problem-solving skills and strong business judgment
Capable of translating analysis results into business recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours
2022: $55,000 annual base + bonus potential + generous equity!
Additional opportunities to earn more equity and increase your ownership percentage of the company, through promotions and through re-distribution of re-acquired shares via buybacks.
