Typical Day

Your day starts with standup where you’re checking/rechecking the status, updating the team on priorities.
Your day ends with a feeling of “accomplishment” and “looking forward to killing more challenges”.
And in between that:
You are checking in with internal clients for new opportunities and identifying problems to slay.
You are creating clear and concise specifications for your team.
You’re creating plans, communicating them to leadership/internal clients and hitting deadlines.
You’re defining business outcomes, target metrics and leading the team to hit them.
You are getting your team members unstuck.
You are giving constant and constructive feedback to the team members, mentoring them to become better at wizardry.
You are totally hands-on - you’re writing database queries to understand data patterns, reviewing code/fixing/deploying it.
You are in hyper-drive mode in case of client issues and are restless till a solution is reached.
You are a creative problem solver - you understand the value of getting stuff done creatively, quickly and then spending time to finesse.
You get high on learning a new trick, coming across a new tech and sharing it with your team.
You are dreaming up new ideas all the time.

The Interview Process - Our Automation Team Lead Engineer is an important role for us and the interview process reflects that!

    • You will be tested for hands-on coding skills with real-life challenges.
    • You will be required to invest at least 24-48 hours of your time for the whole process.
    • You will be interviewed by at least 3 people if not more.

Benefits
