We are hiring a full-time Construction Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager role based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Combining over 40 years of commercial construction experience in the Triangle and surrounding areas, our client is ready to perform any Commercial, Life Science, Mission Critical, Healthcare, or Historic Preservation project in the State of North Carolina. They pride themselves on being a sophisticated builder with a focus on building the best projects and providing outstanding service to our clients.

1+ year(s) of commercial construction experience, specifically within these core markets: Commercial, Life Science, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Historic Preservation, Higher Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related field

Comfortable with CSA and MEPF trades

Experience in highly complex and technical projects

-Provide oversight over the entire construction project(s) while work is occurring

-Create schedules and conduct weekly schedule updates with trade partners and owners

-Ensure safety of workers and compliance with OSHA standards

-Communicate project progress with clients and project managers

-Familiarity with local authorities having jurisdiction including: inspection departments, Fire Marshal's office, permitting processes, local -regulatory laws, etc.

-Collaborate within a team, both internally and externally

-Create new trade partner and client relationships and build on existing ones

-Develop the business by representing the company and culture

-Address risk and make wise decisions based on factual data
