We are hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent role based out of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

Combining over 40 years of commercial construction experience in the Triangle and surrounding areas, our client is ready to perform any Commercial, Life Science, Mission Critical, Healthcare, or Historic Preservation project in the State of North Carolina. They pride themselves on being a sophisticated builder with a focus on building the best projects and providing outstanding service to our clients.

-Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure quality standards and timely completion.

-Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.

-Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports, logs, and records of project progress and any issues encountered.

-Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any construction challenges.

-Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

-Manage and control site logistics, including equipment, materials, and resources, to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

-Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, promoting a culture of quality, integrity, and professionalism.

-10+ years of commercial construction experience, specifically within these core markets: Commercial, Life Science, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Historic Preservation, Higher Education

-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or other related field

-Comfortable with CSA and MEPF trades

-Experience in highly complex and technical projects
