Are you an experienced business development professional with a strong networking in the trucking, logistics, construction materials or other related industries? Are you looking for a unique sales opportunity with unlimited compensation upside and company equity?

Our client is changing the trucking industry with their software and recently received significant funding to accelerate their already rapid growth!

We are looking for money motivated candidates with a proven track record of acheivement and looking to make upwards of 400K or 500K!

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for establishing a new region within the client Broker Network, generating, and qualifying leads, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong industry network and proven track record of success in sales.


● Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
● Manage and develop sales territories
● Build and develop sales support team
● Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
● Track and analyze sales data and metrics
● Forecast sales and revenue
● Identify and develop new sales opportunities
● Negotiate and close deals
● Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
● Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects

● Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
● 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
● Strong leadership and motivation skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s

Compensation Range & Benefits
● Base Salary Range - $125,000 to $150,000
● Performance Bonus 10% of regional fees
○ Example: $2,500,000 in fees = $250,000 performance bonus paid out semi annually
