iObeya is expanding in the USA, and we have opened 2 offices located in Seattle and New-York City. We are looking to grow our local teams to achieve our goal to become the International leader in Digital Visual Management.We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager that will report to the CEO and will work closely with the marketing and product development teams, both in the US and in France.

As a Product Marketing Manager you will need to have a deep understanding of the customer and the market, to ensure that:
- Our products and features and benefits are appropriately positioned
- Our sales and marketing teams have all the necessary knowledge and materials to attract new customers
- The product will satisfy the target audience’s needs and overcome their pain points
- The product remains relevant as the market evolves

Missions :

    • Build and manage a team responsible for conducting marketing research, developing marketing messaging and associated content, and developing sales materials in line with our ABM strategy. 
    • Understand the market and market needs, with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of the company’s products and services. 
    • Create buyer personas that provide structure and insight for our target customers, their use cases and their industry
    • Develop positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation  that attracts and converts prospects and leads
    • Create sales enablement materials to ensure that Sales and Marketing teams are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities.
    • Provide competitive intelligence that gives our company a deep understanding of the market
    • Participate in go-to-market strategy and create launch plans that outline how the product should be promoted and sold

Required skills include :

    • A confirmed experience  in product marketing especially in the B2B environment
    • A good knowledge of Visual Management or a good understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies & practices is mandatory
    • Ideally, you  are recognized in the Lean area and you have a domain knowledge of business optimization and strategic enterprise transformations
    • You are an expert storyteller, wordsmith and strategist who can create messaging that captures c-level attention and prompts them to take actionPassion for new way of working/managing is a plus
    • Excellent teamwork, communication, organizational and project management skills
    • Willingness to be agile, a motivated self-starter, and a passion to constantly learn and improve
    • You are autonomous, conscientious, and a team player.
    • Fluent in French (optional)
    • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
