The Role:

CCD’s focus is to facilitate and support senior management analysis requests and strategic decision making by ensuring accuracy and reliability of contract and commercial data within internal systems and providing guidance for the implementation of ION standard contract and commercial management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Sanctions screening and completion of associated questionnaires as required.
    • Supporting the maintenance of ION standard contract administration processes and responding to ad hoc analysis requests & contract queries.
    • Reviewing customer contracts and validating data on in house system of record.
    • Identifying and facilitating the resolution of queries arising from contract reviews with relevant business teams.
    • Assisting with ongoing initiatives to improve contract data quality and compliance checks.
    • Consulting with stakeholders during project planning and execution phases, creating and delivering training, facilitating query resolution, and progress tracking.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Understanding of standard contract administration processes and ability to interpret legal contracts.
    • Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
    • Well organized, structured, and methodological in approach.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with senior management.
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
    • Willingness to take responsibility and ownership for your work.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • 3+ years of post-graduate experience preferably in a consultancy or Deal Desk/sales ops role.
    • 1.1 or 2.1 degree in any field.
