RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead full life-cycle recruitment for roles in Budapest, ensuring the successful filling of positions ranging from Analyst to Principal levels. 
    • Engage in hands-on recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. 
    • Foster relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruiting process and positive candidate experiences. 
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine and enhance job descriptions based on evolving needs, offering current market intelligence. 
    • Collaborate with managers and business stakeholders to provide insights into appropriate salaries and levels, participating in negotiation and offer delivery. 

REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting technology talent, preferably within a corporate environment. 
    • Demonstrated experience with recruitment best practices, coupled with a capacity for innovation. 
    • Solid understanding and experience using social media for sourcing passive candidates. 
    • Knowledge of Hungary's technology, consulting, and financial services markets. 
    • Approachable, collaborative, and high-energy with an analytical and data-driven mindset. 
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling recruiting copy. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders in different regions, demonstrating the capacity to multitask. 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • Financial technology and Consulting market knowledge.
    • Experience sourcing across various geographies including North America, EMEA, APAC and India.
