We are growing ourProduct Design team. We’re looking for a Senior UX Product Designer who’s passionate about design, wants to work with talented people, and deliver impactful, best-in-class solutions for our clients.
You’ll report into the APAC Head of Product Strategy & Design. You’ll often work 1:1 with our clients, so you’ll need to be comfortable with autonomy and accountability. You’ll gain broad exposure to many areas of our clients' businesses and to a wide range of technologies. Collaboration is in our DNA – you’ll be part of a high-performing, global team of designers who love to regularly come together to showcase work and exchange ideas.
Responsibilities
Design delivery from Discovery to Implementation.
Driving conversations with very senior stakeholders to determine their goals and requirements.
Facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders and users.
Planning and running user research in order to explore a problem space and validate solution designs.
Presenting everything from ideas to finished solutions to very senior client stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years of solid experience in user research, interaction design and prototyping.
1-2 years experience using Figma.
The ability to find the right balance between delivering a great user experience, tangible business value, and reasonable build effort.
Ability to solve complex business problems.
Ability to quickly come up to speed in an unfamiliar domain.
Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Ability to think on your feet, sketch, present, iterate and refine ideas alongside and in front of clients.
Ability to communicate effectively and to influence client strategy, tactics, and perceptions.
Determination to succeed despite obstacles and challenges, and a positive attitude favouring achievement of goals over open-ended investigation.
Resourcefulness and independence
Desired Experience and Skills
Experience designing complex enterprise-level products.
Experience in financial services, ideally in global financial markets
