We are looking for a Global Talent Engagement Specialist who will support our organization in talent initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects through a focus on people. Together with Talent Leadership, you will use your initiative to refine and further Talent objectives at Lab49, where we operate knowing talent is our greatest asset. You provide end to end strategic and operational support to the talent team.  You’ll report to the Global Talent Special Projects Manager. 
·        Trusted partner to talent leadership, responsible for managing Lab49 Talent projects to meet our talent and people objectives.  
·        Continuously analyze trends and use data to influence change to make HR processes more effective.  
·        Build initiatives through communication, training, and rollout of updated or new people programs.  
·        Be empathetic and thoughtful in identifying areas of improvement and proposing and collaborating on change initiatives. 
·        Ensure policies, programs and guidelines are followed by the team and manage escalations and exceptions, as needed. 
·        Work with Talent Leaders on the needs of their teams and functions.  
·        Manage processes to establish and grow tailored learning and development programs.  
·        Excellent communication skills – able to effectively communicate with various business stakeholders and Lab49 teams. 
·        Collaborate on compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at the Talent and business leadership level. 
·        Maintain awareness of current business trends, operating conditions, and internal process and practices that have significant impact on Talent programs. 
·    7+ years of experience in Talent, or a HR function, preferably supporting a consultancy or tech firm 
·        Organized with deep attention to detail, with a proven track record of driving projects to completion and earning the trust of your stakeholders.  7+
·        Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity 
·        Ability to create and improve processes  
·        Proven ability to influence and partner with various levels of employees, effective communicator who tailors communication style as needed 
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent work experience
