Looking for an ambitious person for our Account Team in a Sales Support and Engagement Management role. This role will manage our Client’s Vendor Management needs for Contract and Engagement reporting and the Account governance processes. The role will also provide Sales Support, researching and formulating outreach strategy for Account expansion and drive our proposal creation process. Suits someone who aspires to Sales and Account Management and has a business development or project management background. Client facing, relationship management and communication skills need to be impeccable.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Account Governance reporting. Manage account metrics and prepare executive level reports weekly and monthly.
· Relationship building with the client to get full and early access to account metrics and governance matters.
· Engage with our team on the ground to gain contextual understanding of the engagement, and project progress, so that the governance reporting provides a transparent, balanced view, and accurate view.
· Support Account Strategy – tracking leads and opportunities, gathering intelligence on opportunities and work with Deal Team to formulate and shape client proposals.
· Produce executive level meeting minutes and track and manage actions, decisions, risks, and issues.
· Manage the full set of administrative requirements around engagements, including contractual amendments, milestone acceptance, tracking credit accruals and similar.
This suits an organized person with excellent data reporting and governance reporting writing skills who aspires to Account Management.

Skills & Knowledge
· Project metrics reporting: able to gather, store, document, and track metrics in an organized self-service way.
· Excellent presentation skills – able to synthesize data and facts into a cohesive and well-articulated viewpoint that resonates with a broad set of senior stakeholders.
· Able to research and discover information relevant to the account strategy and potential engagements.
· Deeply empathetic, good listener and observer: able to identify and extrapolate signals to support tactics and strategy on the account.
· Familiar with technology consulting business, ideally within Finance.

Experience
· 3 - 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a business development or project management role.
· 2 - 3 years of experience building client facing decks, ideally governance reports.

Education
· Bachelor’s degree
