This position is ideal for someone who is an entry-level Product Manager with 2-5 years of experience who is ready to take on more ownership while gaining exposure to client interaction and growth initiatives in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure alignment on feature development and technical feasibility.
    • Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate feature completion.
    • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions and prioritization.
    • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to maintain development momentum.
    • Define and track key product performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvements.
    • Eager to take on a variety of responsibilities beyond core delivery, including contributing to product governance and driving continuous improvement through enhanced processes, tools, and reporting.
    • Support client engagements by identifying opportunities to expand product scope or propose follow-on work, collaborating with senior product managers and delivery leads.
    • Help prepare materials for client or internal showcases, including case studies, user feedback summaries, or product previews to demonstrate value and progress.

Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role (business analyst, product owner, etc.).
    • Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining “done” for development teams.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development.
    • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
    • Ability to collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
    • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working on enterprise-level software or fintech products.
    • Exposure to API-driven development and technical product considerations.
    • Experience with data-driven decision-making.
    • Familiarity with the consulting environment—comfortable working in client-facing roles and contributing to account growth.
