Purpose of Position: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Central Planning Intern to join our Planning team for a 6-month extracurricular internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production planning and supply chain analytics within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Support production planning activities for finished goods.
- Monitor production trends and progress to support planning decisions.
- Analyze stock levels to ensure product availability and optimize inventory.
- Assist in the calculation and reporting of KPIs related to production and supply chain performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Ongoing or recently completed studies in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations.
- Professional Skills: Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
- Language Skills: Italian & English (at least B2).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel. Good command of PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Behavioral Requirements: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
