Management Infor ION
Support for development and implementation of IT projects in the Application field
Description of main Activities/Responsabilities
- Proactively manage workflows and data traffic to/from the enterprise ERP
- Manage data interfaces for integrating third-party business systems with enterprise ERP
- Identify and resolve any exceptions / functional abnormalities
- Create workflows and alerts that improve exception handling
- Monitor KPIs and have visibility into the overall efficiency of ERP operation
- Application Support for End Users
- Contributing to the development and implementation of IT projects to meet business demands
