Support for development and implementation of IT projects in the Application field

Description of main Activities/Responsabilities

    • Proactively manage workflows and data traffic to/from the enterprise ERP
    • Manage data interfaces for integrating third-party business systems with enterprise ERP
    • Identify and resolve any exceptions / functional abnormalities
    • Create workflows and alerts that improve exception handling
    • Monitor KPIs and have visibility into the overall efficiency of ERP operation
    • Application Support for End Users
    • Contributing to the development and implementation of IT projects to meet business demands
