Purpose of Position:
We are looking for a proactive & passionate candidate who will support our IT Team in guaranteeing 1st level support & Help Desk for colleagues.

Description of main Activities / responsibilities:

    • ICT support to internal user (Help Desk 1st level)
    • Workstations configurations & set up (pc, Smartphone, printer…)
    • Collaboration and coordination with outsourced IT service providers
    • Involvement in integration projects
    • Identify areas on which to implement procedures to improve the level of the services

Professional and Personal skills:

    • Education High school diploma in IT
    • Professional Skills Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and associated Microsoft cloud services. Basic knowledge of Network environments, LAN, WAN and main communication protocols.
    • Experiences no experience needed
    • Language Skills Proficient English is mandatory (written and spoken – B2). French or German knowledge is considered as a plus.
