Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a Hygiene Coordinator M/F reporting to the Quality Manager

Responsibilities

    • Organizes, coordinates, and implements actions related to the hygiene of the factory and production activities.
    • Prevents biological risks and combats microbiological developments associated with products.
    • Manages the site's hygiene and allergen control programs.
    • Updates technical documentation related to hygiene and allergens.
    • Prepares and ensures the proper execution of hygiene and allergen programs.
    • Works cross-functionally with production and supply chain teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Manages quality documentation at the operational level.
    • Handles customer requests related to packaging.
    • Verifies production data.

Requirements

    • Education: Bac+3/5 degree in Agri-food Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
    • Professional skills: Knowledge of quality standards: FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, ISO – Good knowledge of microbiology – Mastery of quality tools: 5M, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA.
    • Experience: Experience in an industrial environment (work-study programs accepted).
    • Language skills: Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
    • Computer skills: Proficiency in the use of Outlook.
    • Behavioural requirements: Rigour, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills in the field, and proactiveness.
