Purpose of Position: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Intern. During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management and actively contribute to our internal processes. 

Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:

    • Support administrative tasks related to employee management: maintaining and organizing personnel files and managing contracts.
    • Reporting activities related to HR issues
    • Provide general support to the HR team on daily operations and ad-hoc tasks
    • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including policy updates, training programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
    • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as team-building events and internal communications.

Requisitions:

    • Education: Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Behavioural Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills; Proactive and positive attitude towards people; Eager to learn with a hands-on attitude.
