This new position will be a key driver to deliver the global marketing strategies and product creations with a local approach from our new office facility in the UK with the rapidly expanding sales team.
The focus is to support the realisation of the commercial targets for the country channel and to gain market share within all food industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for the trade marketing activities across all channels, in line with the overall local (UK&IE) growth strategy and budgets  
· Implementing and coordinating all local marketing activities, new brand entry, new product launch, digital media activities, trade events and exhibitions
· Creates yearly plan for our Gourmet distribution SME and FM customers.
· Marketing budget management maximising return-on-investment.
· Sets clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
· Monitor and evaluates performance using analytical tools reporting regular results at board level and Local sales team.
· Direct collaborates with sales managers, chefs, ambassadors, to create and adapt local sales training & customer communication tools. 
  
About you

· 3+ years of relevant working experience in the food industry at a manager level in brand management and/or trade marketing.
· Strong business understanding with the ability to translate customer and consumers needs and insights into building marketing plans to deliver solutions.
· Confident communicator and able to inspire and build strong internal and external relationships at Board level.
· Confident at presenting to all levels
· Ability to plan and achieve objectives
· Your values to be in line with Irca Group
· Team player
· A self-motivator who would like to introduce new concepts, push the boundaries, explore AI
· Full Driving licence
· Ability to travel through the UK and WE
