Health & Safety Manager
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Manager to lead the charge in ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally conscious workplace. If you’re passionate about safety, ready to drive change, and thrive in a fast-paced food production environment—this is your moment.
What you’ll be doing:
· Champion site-wide health, safety, and environmental compliance
· Lead and enhance all HSE systems and training, promoting a proactive safety culture
· Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
· Drive sustainability initiatives and manage environmental performance (waste, energy, carbon)
· Liaise with regulators, prepare for audits, and manage ISO 14001 compliance
· Develop and test emergency response plans
What we’re looking for:
· NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ Level 5/6 (or equivalent)
· Minimum 5 years’ HSE management experience, ideally in food manufacturing
· Expert knowledge of UK HSE legislation and auditing (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
· Proven track record in safety culture transformation
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
