Purpose of Position:
The Channel / Trade Marketeer supports to generate sales in the region in collaboration with our channel partners by developing and executing relevant programs & activities that target specific (end) customers.

Description of main Activities/responsibilities:

·       Developing special programs and campaigns, targeting specific channels and customers, to promote our concepts and products and thereby helping to achieve our goals in the region:
o   Gourmet Distributors
o   SMEs
o   FM

·       Improving brand and product presence across channels, in alignment with the annual commercial priorities and corporate & brand strategy, using offline and online channels.

·       Monitoring and analyzing:
o   The dutch market, the various channel and competitor developments
o   The performance of IRCA product ranges, products and campaigns

·       Providing input for the commercial strategy & plans, leading some regional projects for (N)PD-optimization.

·       Preparing & executing programs and campaigns with the right:
o   Product offering, looking at our existing worldwide assortment
o   Pricing structure
o   Promotion mechanism
o   Planning, execution and follow-up to channel and customer(s)

·       Acting as the key liaison between channels & customers and our Marketing, Product Management, Sales Support and Supply Chain.

Coordinating the execution of:
o   Materials
o   Communication
o   Presentations
o   Customer events (internal & external)
o   Trade show presence
o   Training for distributors and their sales teams
o   Samples
o   Social media content

·     Providing input for new product introduction and development
Maintaining customer relationships for continuous and future demands and purchases

Education

    • BSc/BA in marketing & communication, and or business administration, sales or relevant field.

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Languages: Dutch, competent English
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability of plan and achieve objectives
    • Advanced computer skills

    • Understanding of different cultures and how to work with them
    • Available to travel upon business need.
