Purpose of Position:
Supporting the management of direct and indirect sales for a specific group of customers in the SMEs and FM channel, the person has the task of supporting the achievement of company objectives in terms of turnover and gross margin and supporting the dedicated KAMs in the preparation of company visits, proposals drafting, products identification and sales support. Meanwhile, he/she guarantees the necessary technical/commercial proximity to customers, seeking new commercial opportunities, in coordination with the related KAM and the EMEA Coordinator FM Channel, in order to leverage the business all over EMEA Countries.

Responsibilities / Activities:

    • Be the point of contact of the KAMs in the Region, in order to ensure the correct workflow of the project management internally, while involving all necessary departments (R&D, QA, Marketing, Operations).
    • Runs a first assessment of the project feasibility in terms of impact on the other functions (R&D, QA, Marketing, Operations, Procurement).
    • Project management.
    • Create new business with existing and NPDs products.
    • Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and new developments.
    • Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
    • Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
    • Plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
    • Attends the exhibitions to maintain network with existing customers and create new opportunities

Requisitions:

    • Education: Degree in food science & technology
    • Professional Skills: Product knowledge (General knowledge of the Chocolate & Creams / Bakery / Pastry / Gelato’s products); Ability to score new business; Ability to analyze numbers & Forecasting techniques; Ability of plan and achieve objectives.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in R&D role is preferable or similar roles (sales/product manager) within the food sector (confectionery sector preferred).
    • Languages: Proficient English is mandatory. French is a plus
    • IT Skills: MS Office (Excel)
