Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a proactive customer care specialist who will bridge the gap between what our customers need and what we’re delivering — helping us to not only meet but also exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for a customer, leaving no stone unturned in the quest to solve their challenges and make them feel valued.
Requisitions:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales (Bac+2 )
- Experience in industry on a similar position
- Master degree in export (Incoterm / means of payment / international transport).
- Master on the documentation chain on international sales
- Manage communication and international sales Relationship with our customers and internal functions in a multicultural environment.
- Master the process Order to Cash (Management of the customer order processing )
