Purpose of Position: 
Embark on an exhilarating journey as a Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland, where your primary focus will be nurturing and expanding relationships with key partner distributors, as well as directly engaging with esteemed dessert, cake, bakery, and confectionery manufacturers and major retailers. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing the UK & Ireland commercial strategy, fostering enduring partnerships, and driving innovation plans to ensure profitable growth.

Additional Details:
This role is home-based, requiring convenient access to an airport for international travel. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our rapidly expanding and innovative international company, enjoying a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Development: Implement our multi-branded product range with a commercial strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Enhance relationships with customers, including distributors and major accounts.
    • Planning and Execution: Formulate plans for customers and the designated area, identifying key drivers for growth.
    • Distribution Network: Optimize the distribution network for maximum coverage and efficiency.
    • Technical Support: Provide essential technical and commercial information to distributors’ salesforce.
    • Business Development: Drive new business initiatives and seize emerging opportunities.
    • Sales Management: Oversee sales forecasts and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Reporting: Generate reports to guide decision-making processes.

Requierements:

    • Education: A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Proven Track Record: Experience in sales with food manufacturers/distributors and UK retailers, ideally in the bakery/pastry/ice cream sector.
    • Industry Knowledge: Background in product development or technical aspects of the bakery industry.
    • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs.
    • Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and P&L accountability.
