As Ironclad's Demand Generation Manager you will be a foundational member of the Ironclad sales and marketing teams, directly contributing to the growth of our business by driving profitable web-traffic into our sales funnel. You will ensure that every acquisition channel and program is optimized to help Ironclad grow, participate in full-funnel conversion optimization, bring creative thinking to marketing campaign planning, and support stakeholders across the company with advertising and promotion capabilities.
 

What you'll do:

    • Manage all site traffic acquisition for Ironclad web properties
    • Ensure all acquisition programs are efficient and running optimally
    • Support cross-functional teams with advertising and promotional capabilities
    • Conduct full-funnel analysis of acquisition efforts to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable outcomes
    • Help drive coordinated go-to-market activities and planning
    • Hands-on execution of paid and organic acquisition efforts across a variety of channels
    • Support the budgeting and forecasting process with research and data

What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years in B2B marketing in a SaaS environment
    • Working understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical
    • Experience managing profitable paid media campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, content sites
    • Experience managing organic acquisition efforts including SEO programs and conversion rate optimization projects
    • Experience with managing, or desire to learn how to manage, advertising vendor relationships including price negotiations
    • Strong quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets)
    • Have a proven track record of delivering business results
    • Desire and aptitude to build and lead Demand Generation Marketing teams
    • Curiosity and genuine interest in our product, mission, and industry; including a desire to change the way companies and legal departments handle contracts 
    • Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency; hard-working and humble 
    • Thoughtful, with a strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture 
    • Flexible, coachable, and willing and able to make adjustments on the fly. Comfortable with delivering and receiving feedback
    • Friendly and excited to work with a tight-knit group of individuals
    • Bachelor’s degree
